PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY
BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

Currency:
All transactions are in U.S. dollars.  Exchange fees will be charged for conversion to/from foreign currencies.

Refund Policy:
Requests for refunds greater than 45 days in advance of the event will be honored at 100%. Requests for refunds between 45 days and 20 days will be at 50%. No refund on any item will be accepted if less than 20 days prior to service delivery date.

Exchange of service for a future event within 6 calendar months will be honored if a service offering of equal value is scheduled. Exchanges can be done by written request with the receipt. There will be absolutely no exchanges on after the date of the event.

In cases where there is insufficient participation the event may be cancelled or rescheduled. If services are cancelled a full refund will be given. If the event is rescheduled, the purchaser will be offered a refund or may attend the rescheduled event.

Shipping Policy:
Alidade MER may ship materials. In the circumstance that shipping needs to be conducted, the terms and conditions of shipping will be negotiated and fulfilled as needed.

How do I track my order?

You must be a registered user with the shipping firm selected (typically FedEx or UPS) to track your order online. You can track your order online by accessing the Order Status/History page. To go there now click here. Please have your Order Confirmation Number available. Or you can track by using the assigned courier’s internet address and tracking number in you shipping confirmation e-mail.
