Discrete Organizational Reliability Projects

There are a couple of reasons why organizations opt for discrete projects instead of comprehensive or strategic projects. 

• They know specifically the issue they want to solve but they don’t have the in-house expertise or capacity to get the work done  in the time frame that they want.
• They want to avoid, or reduce, the risk that is inherent with larger projects.
